Cold Pad has developed tools, procedures and materials, already granted Class approvals, which can be suitable for harsh environments, alike crude oil or LNG tanks, and hot work restricted zones, with non-destructive techniques, thus allowing efficient repairs even for impossible cases…

Second half 2021 – Continuing with urgent repairs for a new eligible Client
In the second half of 2021 another major shipowner, EMPIRE NAVIGATION has entrusted their fleet to our Principals, Messrs Hon Marine, for urgent repairs of their fleet in South-East Asia, including:
- Mushroom Ventilator repairs in ER
- Gunmetal Jacket
- Accomodation ladder renewal/fabrication
- Boiler retubing
March 2021 – Going on with more urgent repairs in SE Asia
A fast steel-temporary repairs project, on owner’s request, has been accomplished in Tanjung Pelepas port, after severe damage.
In a few hours after the owner’s inquiry, all required port planning, inspections and tests were accomplished.
A 3T amount of steel has been transferred onboard in less than 8hrs, whereas, the whole temporary repairing works lasted less than 20hrs onboard.
We remain round-the-clock for serving any inquiry in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and China.
